SHIPPING POLICY
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Smallcirclesociety.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
